Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court earlier considering the material on record.

A deaf and dumb lady was allegedly ravished. She has specifically implicated the petitioner in the alleged crime. On merits, there is no change in circumstance which warrants a favourable order for the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The trial Court is directed to take necessary steps for securing the attendance of the witnesses and take the trial to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The application for bail is disposed of.
