Affidavit-of-service, as filed today, is taken on record.

In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Sanko Chandra Sekhar High School since 2019.

The petitioner has applied for a transfer from the School, for which the School had duly issued 'No Objection Certificate'.

The transfer was sought on general ground of distance.

I have been informed that during the pendency of the writ petition the school authorities by communication dated April 13, 2026 has forwarded its no objection to the application of the petitioner for

transfer on special ground to the concerned DI. A copy of such communication is kept on record.

The respondent no. 5 is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner by July 31, 2026.

Temporary suspension of online 'Utsashree Portal' shall not be a ground for non-consideration of transfer application of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.

With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

9.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 10.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
