Petitioners Mr. Ali Ahsan Alamgir For the Petitioners Mr. Neguive Ahmed Mr. N.P. Agarwalla Mr. Ashok Das For the State The present application, being CRAN 3 of 2021, has been preferred, inter alia, praying for modification of the order dated 30th July, 2020 passed in CRM 5003 of 2020.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are poor cultivators and as such they could not arrange the surety amount , as specified in the order dated 30th July, 2020.

Mr. Agarwalla, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of equivalent amount each, one of whom should be

local to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Other portions of the said order dated 30th July, 2020 shall remain unchanged. The application, being CRAN 3 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.

In view of disposal of CRAN 3 of 2021, the application being CRAN 2 of 2020, has become infructuous and the same is also disposed of.
