1. Petitioner is in custody for more than seven years. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State submits delay is due to abscondence of co-accused who are on bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a foreign national. Delay is due to abscondence of co-accused who are on bail.

4. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

6. Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
