Learned counsels of either side agree that the dispute between the appellant / Union concerning an individual workman and the respondent / management has been settled and a Memorandum of Settlement dated 18th February, 2022 has been entered into and signed by both the parties. The copy of the said Memorandum of Settlement has been placed before this Court. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications stand disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 18th February, 2022

and the said Memorandum shall form part of the order as Annexure.
