The State of West Bengal and another The present revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of Misc. Case No.114 of 2022 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Barrackpore to any court at Purba Bardhaman. The contents of transfer application relates to Mat Suit pending at Purba Bardhaman as also issues relating to threatening. No documents have been enclosed in the application except the notice issued in Misc. Case No.114 of 2022 and the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that no case for transfer has been made out in the present revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 1413 of 2022 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
