Earlier this revisional application was called on 05.12.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also when the revisional application is called, none represents the petitioner.

I find that the revisional application was filed at the instance of the husband in a case under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure being MEX Case No. 374 of 2022. Having regard to the subject-matter so involved which is for evading the purposes of maintenance, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1207 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
