It appears that the order dated September 2, 2024 has been complied with by Jhargram Municipality by passing a reasoned order dated February 6, 2026.

Let the reasoned order be kept on record.

Mr. R. N. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, submits that the order ought to have been passed by the Board of Councillors of the Municipality and that the issue of construction without a sanctioned plan has not been addressed in the reasoned order.

In my view, in the present contempt application, consideration of those aspects would be beyond the scope of the order dated September 2, 2024.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order of the Municipality dated February 6, 2026 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, CPAN 605 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
