State has submitted a report which reflects that there has been a marriage between the present petitioner no.1 and the alleged victim.

Let the report be kept with the record.

Prima facie, it reflects that the case was initiated at a stage when there is every probability of the lady or the victim not being a major. Under such circumstances in a summary manner, I am not inclined to interfere with the continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice that the charge be framed by the leaned trial court within a period of one month from the next date so fixed. After the charges are framed, the victim lady be called as prosecution witness no.1, her evidence be recorded.

Petitioners are granted liberty to approach this Court after the evidence of the victim lady is recorded for examining whether further continuance of the proceedings are required or not. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1271 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
