1. The writ application has been preferred praying for certain directions upon the respondent authorities.

2. The petitioner moves the application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for disposal of the writ application by directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representation at page 47 made to the respondent No.5. It is submitted that though the representation was filed on 23/02/2024 till date the representation has not been considered.

3. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.5 shall consider the representation dated 23/02/2024 filed by the petitioner within 60

days from the date of communication of this order on giving a hearing to the writ petitioner and considering the documents placed by the petitioner and also decide the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

4. WPA 8689 of 2024 along with CAN1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
