1. Petitioner is in custody for more than a year. He submits there was a romantic relationship between the parties. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. Learned lawyer for the de facto complainant-victim submits petitioner misrepresented himself as a bachelor and entered into a relationship. He took objectionable pictures and thereafter blackmailed the victim.

4. We have considered the materials on record. It is contended petitioner had misrepresented himself as a bachelor and seduced the victim to enter into a relationship. Thereafter he had blackmailed the victim by using her objectionable pictures. He forwarded the pictures to her husband. Victim is yet to be examined.

5. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
