Learned advocate appearing for the appellant has submitted written instruction received by him that the appellant is not willing to pursue with the present appeal. Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate appears for the State.

Having regard to the written instruction and submission by the learned advocate appearing for the appellant, I am of the opinion that there is no requirement for entering into the merits of the case.

Accordingly, CRA 221 of 2018 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any are consequently disposed of.

Written instruction so submitted be kept with the record.
