The appellants are not represented.

On 21st May, 2025, a prayer for adjournment was made on behalf of Mr. Goutam Acharya, learned Advocate representing the appellant. It appears that the matter was adjourned on 31st April, 2025 on which date the parties were also not represented.

It also appears that on 26th September, 2024, the appellants were directed to file composite list of dates and composite paper book. The said period was extended on 21st May, 2025. The record does not show that any paper book has been filed during the extended period. The appellants have also not served the memorandum of appeal, composite list of dates and composite paper book upon Mrs. Samanta nor law notes in the meantime.

It appears that the appellants are not interested to proceed with the appeal.

Accordingly, the appeals and the connected applications are dismissed for default.
