... for the State None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing. On last two occasions i.e. on 25th August, 2020 and 9th September, 2020 the petitioner remain unrepresented. The Courts suo motu adjourned the matter in the absence of the petitioner. Even today, the petitioner is not found when the matter is called on.

Accordingly, this Court has every reason to hold that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant revision. Therefore, the instant revision is dismissed for non-prosecution. ( Bibek Chaudhuri, J. )
