Mr. Sounak Mondal, learned advocate, appears and submits that he was unable to establish any contact with his client. He, therefore, prays to retire from this matter. Mr. Mondal is allowed to retire from this matter.

It appears that this matter was adjourned from time to time. In fact, we called for a report from the learned District Judge, Eigth Court at Alipore, South 24-Parganas, with regard to the status of the Matrimonial Suit No. 33 of 2015, since this appeal has arisen out of an order passed in the said suit. The order impugned is dated December 19, 2015.

The status report is made available to us reporting that the matter was fixed on July 15, 2022 for further argument. In the event, the said suit is still pending, we request the learned Additional District Judge, Fourteenth Court at Alipore in charge of the learned Additional District Judge, Eigth Court at Alipore, to dispose of the said applilcation within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. For the present, we are not interfering with the order impugned in this appeal since it is

in operation for almost seven years.

With the aforesaid observation, the appeal is disposed of even at the admission stage.

There will be no order as to costs.

This order shall be immediately communicated by the learned Registrar Administration (L & OM) of this court to the learned District Judge at Alipore, South 24-Parganas, for compliance.
