Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities of Amta Police Station, the petitioner approached this Court. In pursuance to the writ petition being filed during the pendency of the writ petition steps have been taken by the police authorities and in course of investigation finality has been attained so far as investigation is concerned. The petitioner has taken steps before the jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 7 and 9 is present.

Mr. Basu, learned advocate, represented the State. Having regard to the stage of the case, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage. Needless to say that since no affidavit has been invited, accusation made in the writ petition are deemed to have been not admitted.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 8695 of 2024 is disposed of.
