Banerjee) Mr. Sanjib Das Mr. Madhusudan Mukhopadhyay ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 9th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No. 1244 of 2011 expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits the preliminary decree in the suit for partition has already been passed and the Commissioner has been appointed for the final decree proceedings. He further submits that several interlocutory applications are pending.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the

learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application, this court finds that several interlocutory applications are pending.

In view thereof, CO 1230 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 9th Court at Alipore to make an endeavour to see that the interlocutory applications are disposed of as expeditiously as possible, if the same are otherwise ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory applications the learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the title suit as expeditiously as possible. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
