It is submitted that the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file appropriate proceedings afresh. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn with liberty to file, appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.
