1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. He had fired at her resulting in her death. Post mortem report corroborates a case of homicidal death due to gunshot injury.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and the gravity of offence we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
