Roy Ms. Sima Biswas ... for the State Mr. Mondal, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that this revisional application challenges the proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C, the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of Court and the petitioner being the husband does not want to proceed with the matter.

It is further submitted by Mr. Mondal, that he had received instruction from his client over phone.

Be that as it may, when the petitioner is unwilling to proceed with the case, let the revisional application be disposed of as not pressed.
