This is a writ petition of the year 2016 filed for alleged non-payment of interest over the gratuity amount on the revised PPO as per ROPA-2009. It further appears from the order dated May 11, 2016 that the writ petition has been filed more than three years after the date of receipt of revised gratuity. Record reveals that the petitioner was not represented also on January 28, 2022 and February 11, 2022. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to move the instant writ petition. In view thereof, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for default.
