The petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. He says that his father, brother and sister had approached this Court praying for anticipatory bail in CRM 4890 of 2020 which was disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench by an order dated July 30, 2020, directing the petitioners in that application to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of a fortnight and in the event, the petitioners file an application for regular bail, after surrender, the same was to be considered by the Trial Court, in accordance with law.

The petitioner prays for a similar order as above.

We have seen the material in the case diary. There are specific and serious allegations against this petitioner. The petitioner has obviously not co-operated with the Investigating Officer and proved to be elusive.

In view of the nature of allegations against the petitioner and his elusive conduct, although charge-sheet might have been submitted, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, CRM 3134 of 2021 is dismissed.
