No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 1419 of 2023 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Baruipur Police Station Case No. 1868 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and adding Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

And In Re : Abdul Hamid Mondal @ Balai ...... petitioner Mr. Sk. Hossian Ali ....for the petitioner Ms. Zareen N. Khan Mr. Asif Dewan ....for the State Two persons, apparently, were murdered.

Petitioner stands implicated in such murders. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1419 of 2023 is dismissed.
