The petitioner has applied for transfer for the second time after succeeding and obtaining transfer certificate in the year 2020. The petitioner is required to wait for 5 years in terms of Rule 6(a) of the West Bengal Primary Education (Transfer of Teachers including Head Teacher) Rules, 2002.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. WPA 8716 of 2024 fails and hereby dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
