Petitioner is the husband of the victim-housewife. He assaulted her. As a result, she suffered injuries and died. Statement of the daughter of the couple implicates the petitioner in the crime. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
