The petitioners complain of Police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the first two complaints received by them were entered as a General Diary. The next complaint was inquired into and prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure submitted. The Police have submitted report, as called for by the learned Executive Magistrate. The police having taken steps, as noted above, no further interference is called for.

W.P.A. 5874 of 2020 is disposed of.
