The petitioner's application for transfer came to be processed and the School Service Commission recommended such transfer to the respondent no. 14. The Board/respondent no. 5 did not issue the order of transfer formally for pendency of some litigation. It appears from the submissions of the parties that the litigation is no longer pending.

Be that as it may, the Board shall issue order of transfer to the petitioner upon receipt of a copy of this order immediately. The petitioner shall join the new post immediately thereafter.

The School Service Commission and the Board shall record the petitioner having joined the new school in the Utsashree portal as also in other records of the State in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
