The petitioner's application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being M. Case No. 199 of 2017 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon for a considerable period of time. The next date has been fixed on 30.03.2024 for evidence. Having regard to the time period which has lapsed in disposing of the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I direct the learned Magistrate to fix at least one date in a month and to take all efforts to complete the trial and pronounce the verdict by 31.12.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1278 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
