Petitioners seek bail.
Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the police submitted charge sheet. The petitioners are in custody in excess of 150 days. He submits that there is no material implicating any of the petitioners. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the seizure list and to the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
De facto complainant is represented.
Seizure was made from the petitioner nos.2 and 3. A vehicle was seized from the property belonging to the petitioner no.1. Such vehicle was used to carry the people for the murder. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to any of the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. (DB) 1132 of 2022 is dismissed.
