1. The petitioner prays for a direction upon the respondent authorities to permit him to raise construction of a culvert over the Government plot of land.

2. No provision of law has been shown before this Court which permits private party to raise construction over the Government plot of land.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be allowed.

4. The same stands dismissed.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
