Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

According to the petitioner, he is at the receiving end of a fraud.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner purchased an immovable property from a lady after making over a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh 50 thousand which was dishonoured upon presentation.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner. We are of the view that the materials are such that it warrants custodial interrogation of the petitioner. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
