Earlier this revisional application was called on 05.12.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today also when the revisional application is called, none represents the petitioners.

Ms. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate appears for the State.

I have considered the contentions advanced in this revisional application which was preferred for quashing of the proceedings relating to Girish Park Police Station Case No. 144 dated 18.07.2022 under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the stage at which the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the opinion that the issues so canvassed do not call for any interference. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1210 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

The petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court after the consideration of charges by the jurisdictional court.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
