It is submitted that the order passed by this Court was challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court and ultimately such SLP was withdrawn. It is submitted that the matter is being mentioned before the DRT and adjournments are being prayed for on the ground that the review is pending. Accordingly, the review application is dismissed for default.

With such dismissal connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 is also dismissed.
