Petitioner stands implicated in a case involving suicide, rape and the provisions of the POCSO Act.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting involvement of the petitioner.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this stage will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
