The KOPT is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the respondent authorities that initially the son of the deceased employee had applied for retirement benefits and consequently a letter has been issued by the respondent authorities requesting further particulars to be provided by the son.
The instant writ petition has now been filed by the daughter of the deceased employee.
In such circumstances, WPA 8020 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the Accounts Department of the concerned respondent authorities in terms of
letter dated 25th February, 2008 and furnish all details.
The respondent authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. With the above observations, WPA 8020 of 2023 stands disposed of.
Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
