Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the Officer-in-charge, Kolaghat Police Station no steps have been taken regarding the illegal act and activities of the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 6 to 9 contends that there is a long standing dispute between the private respondents and the petitioner and to that effect, civil and criminal cases are pending.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that a temple has been constructed in the passage, thereby obstructing the free egress and ingress. Records reflect that Kolaghat PS Case No. 775/2024

dated 24.10.2024 was registered for investigation against 5(five) accused persons and charge sheet has already been submitted.

Police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS.

Presumably there is a dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Consequently, the police authorities would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 8013 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
