In the first paragraph of this petition the petitioner has stated that this is the first time she has approached this Court for anticipatory bail Learned Advocate for the State has demonstrated the patent falsity of this statement of the petitioner by producing a copy of the order dated February 11, 2020 passed in CRM 1447 of 2020 by a Coordinate Bench whereby the petitioner's earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected.

The petitioner has suppressed material fact from this Court. She has tried to hoodwink the Court. In view of such dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to consider this application.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. CRM No. 3136 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
