To that effect information was sent to the police authorities but the police authorities have not acted. Learned advocate for the private respondent Nos.6 to 8 submits that the petitioner is illegally making construction and is taking garb of obstruction of usage of common passage.

Be that at it may, police authorities are well aware of the said dispute particularly with respect to the accusation of the petitioner regarding the obstruction of the pathway and the objection raised by the private respondents relating to ownership of the said land. In view of the aforesaid, I direct that as the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead the police authorities will keep a strict vigil so that no

breach of peace takes place or any untoward incident occurs because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8712 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
