Basu, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 1st July, 2025 and he has complied the condition imposed in the said bail order and accordingly the interim bail granted to him may be confirmed. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has placed a report dated 31st August, 2025 which discloses that the accused person has more or less complied the order of this Court.

Having considered the submission of both the parties the interim bail order granted to the petitioner vide order dated 1st July, 2025 stand confirmed. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 471 of 2025 is disposed of.
