The petitioners are granted liberty to challenge the order impugned before the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. The issue of limitation shall be decided by the learned Appellate Tribunal, in accordance with law. The appeal shall be preferred within a month from date. Till such time, the bank will not take any coercive measures.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 3.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
