Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is paying the amount of maintenance which has been awarded yet the warrant of arrest is still pending. In case the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th court, Alipore is satisfied with the payment relating to the arrears as well as the current maintenance in that case the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th court, Alipore would be at liberty to keep the warrant of arrest in abeyance and allow the petitioner to pay the maintenance amount. No further order is needed to be passed in the revisional application.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1209 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
