This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No. 870 of 2021 expeditiously.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned advocate appears for the opposite party. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant suit is for partition and the same is required to be disposed of expeditiously. He also submits that July 9, 2025 has been fixed for peremptory hearing of the said suit. The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application upon the learned advocate for the opposite party.

The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.870

of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the above observations, C.O. 1237 of 2025 stands disposed of.
