Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is a single mother and is fighting for the custody of her son. In view of the incorrect statements based on which the FIR has been registered, let the FIR being Dankuni Police Station Case No. 55 of 2023 dated February 24, 2023 stand quashed and set aside.

The petitioner shall notify this order to the Dankuni Police Station and the private respondents. Ms.

Kabita Majhi, the Law officer of the Chandannagar Police Commissionerate is represented by Mr. Tarak Karan. It is submitted the writ petition has not been served on the Dankuni Police Station. It is also submitted by Mr. Karan that the petitioner has applied

for habeas corpus before a Co-ordinate bench of this Court on the self-same cause of action.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
