For the Petitioner Mr. Chandi Charan De Ms. Chandana Ghosh .... For the State Report in the form of affidavit submitted on behalf of the State respondents is taken on record.

Paragraph 9 of the report is set out:

"9. That the award declared for an area of 129.905 acres after withdrawal of the subject CS plot no. 920 along with some other plots of Mouza-Habra, J.L. No. 72, Police Station. It is evident from the aforesaid facts that the subject CS plot no. 920 was withdrawn from acquisition and the award for the subject plot was not declared."

Admittedly the petitioner is in possession of the plot in question.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, on prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum for correction of record of rights.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
