And In Re : Pintu Ari ...... petitioner Mr. Souma Subhra Ray ....for the petitioner Mr. Prasun Kumar Dutta Mr. Subroto Roy ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of March 20, 2020 and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1966 of 2022 is dismissed.
