1. Although police filed charge sheet, since the police case is dated May 8, 2021 and there is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

3. C.R.M. (A) 1082 of 2024 is dismissed.
