1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 20 of 2018, pending before the Learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), at Sealdah.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a suit for partition and the same has been pending since long.

4. Learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that, the opposite party had filed an application for amendment of written statement for incorporation of counterclaim.

Such application was rejected by the learned Trial Court and the order of rejection of the petitioner's application for amendment has

been challenged before this Court in C.O.

316 of 2020 which is pending.

5. It is submitted that, initially an order of stay was granted on such application, however, there is no stay at present.

6. Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Sealdah to dispose of the Title Suit No. 20 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one (1) year from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment either of the parties unless the proceedings are stayed or any other direction is passed in the pending civil revisional application being C.O. 316 of 2020, that might affect the proceedings.

7. With the aforesaid observation, C.O. 1207 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

8. Urgent photosat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
