Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the principal accused was enlarged on bail by the Jurisdictional Court. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner is a part of an inter state racket. Such racket allures members of the public with promise of employment in Central Agencies in return of financial inducement.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1968 of 2022 is dismissed.
