In compliance with the order dated 12th March 2025, the KMDA has submitted a report indicating that a 'joint demarcation program' was conducted on 26th February 2025 and again on 19th March 2025.

Representatives from both the Housing Department, Government of West Bengal, and KMDA were present during these programs.

Mr. De, the learned advocate representing the petitioners, has raised an allegation that the petitioners' representative was not present at the time of these

programs. However, he requests that a direction be given to handover of a copy of the report submitted today in court to allow him to obtain the necessary instructions on the matter.

It has been confirmed that a copy of the report has already been provided to the learned advocate-onrecord representing the petitioners as well as to the representative of the State.

In view of the above, let this matter appear for further consideration on 29th April 2025.

Meanwhile, learned advocates representing both the petitioners and the State are requested to obtain the necessary instructions from their respective clients regarding the contents of the report.
