The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, praying for a direction upon the concerned respondents to take necessary steps for disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 23rd August, 2024 addressed to the ARCS.

It is the petitioner's case that for the last three years Community Service Provider Bank Linkage (hereinafter referred to as "CSPBL") has not been engaging with the cooperative society. In absence of the CSPBL, the petitioner is facing immense difficulties in carrying out its banking transactions.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and noting that a representation by the petitioner is pending at the end of the ARCS, I am of the view that the concerned respondents should dispose of such representation at the earliest preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, by passing a reasoned order.

With the above observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of.
